General Rules & Bylaws

Any and all team managers in this league, by joining, have agreed to the following rules and regulations:

I. Scoring:
A. Scoring as defined in the scoring rules section. Basically,
1. All TDs are 6 pts,
2. Passing yards 20/1pt
3. Rushing yards 10/1pt
4. Receiving yards 10/1 pt
5. Receptions 1 pt (Caution, you may not have expected this!)
B. Defensive points
1. As defined in defense rules section
C. Special plays or circumstances
1. If any special plays or circumstances arise, we will follow the My Fantasy League.com special plays guidelines to adjust or award points.
2. If any new rules need to be made or changed, managers can suggest and discuss them. If no consensus is reached, the commissioner will take a decision that is in the best interest of the league.

II. Season
A. We have a 15 game regular season with double-headers in weeks 3, 6, 9. We play 12 weeks of the regular season, and 3 extra double headers. Your record will be out of a total of 15 games.

III. Playoffs:
A. The top 2 teams in each Division will make the playoffs, a total of 16 teams. For example, the top two teams form the MFC-Courage will make the playoffs, and two teams from the MFC-Strength will make the playoffs.
B. The 4 teams in each Conference will play each other in week 13 in a Sweet Sixteen format. (Ex: All the MFC teams play each other 1 vs 4, 2 vs 3.)
C. The Final Two teams in each Conference will play each other in week 14 in a Elite Eight format.
D. In Week 15 the Conference Champions (the team that wins each conference) will play each other in a seeded format. Top seeded versus lowest seeded, middle two versus each other.
E. Week 16 will be the MFFL Superbowl to crown the winner.

IV. Week 17
A. week 17 will be every one versus everyone. The top point scorer wins a very nice prize. So keep picking up players and keep managing for this last week if you didn't make the playoffs.

V. Getting Kicked out
A. If a franchise manager can not maintain proper ettiquette and proper demeaner, the commissioner or members may call for a vote to eliminate the annoying manager. At times, the commissioner may have to act with his own discretion, in a reasonable fashion, for the "better good of the league."
B. Kicked out managers may appeal and or ask their suspension be lessened to a temporary ban. The length of which will be determined by the Commissioner.

V. Unforseen Other Rules:
A. Any unusual circumstances or rules that need to be made will be made at the discretion of the commissioner. The commissioner shall act with reason and to provide for the "good of the league" in unforseen circumstances.
